Abstract Art inspired by the Lough Derg

Derg Studio is located on the shores of Lough Derg, close to the village of Dromineer, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary

At Derg Art, my work is profoundly influenced by the serene beauty and untamed shorelines of Lough Derg. The tranquil waters and rugged landscapes infuse my creations with a sense of calm and raw energy, reflecting the ever-changing moods of the lake. Each piece is a homage to the natural splendor of Lough Derg, capturing its essence and translating it onto canvas. The vibrant hues and dynamic forms in my artwork are drawn from the vivid reflections and untamed beauty of the surrounding shorelines, making each creation a unique expression of the natural world’s enduring power and tranquility.

"As an artist, I am always on the lookout for pieces that not only inspire but also resonate deeply with my own creative journey. Barry Creamer’s artwork does just that. I purchased a piece from the 'Break On Through Series', The dramatic and raw colours captivated me with its vibrant use of yellow colours and dynamic forms."
